Ms B – Reclaiming Herself After Narcissistic Abuse

I interviewed Ms B about her experience and this is what she had to say:

Boudoir Photography Melbourne

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before?
Never…

Why did you do a boudoir shoot?
To regain my confidence and realise I’m beautiful!

What was your favourite part of the session and why?
Dressing up (and down!) in the outfits and feeling fabulous…

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth and self image?
Left a marriage, children and home 12 months ago!! I was broken, felt unworthy, ugly and unlovable due to a narcissistic abuse. Twelve months on, I am a totally different person having transformed myself, thinking and feeling differently about myself and the photo shoot was the “piece de resistance” so to speak..

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?
Yes it was, although didn’t realise what these poor models go through on a daily basis!  It’s gruelling…

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?
Making it to the end having felt unwell for most of the shoot.  I think nerves and anxiety got the better of me…

Is there anything extra you would like to tell us?
Jac, you are a beautiful soul inside and out.  You make people feel so at ease and comfortable with your lovely soft spoken nature.
